There will be loads of other foreign tourists around, too, though, and you'll need to check out the Black Sheep pub (la oveja negra) just off las Ramblas on Calle Sitges, which is the best place to go to meet people. Travel bar in the gothic Quarter is also a decent place to meet like minds, but if you're feeli confident with your spanish, head down to the Olympic Village and to Shoko, Catwalk, CDLC and Opium where you'll find the beautiful people.
