Outstanding expose, this is what I’ve been getting at with TFL, being social and outgoing and keeping in shape are things you do for yourself, not for women. You don’t find anything worth keeping by preening and being pretentious. This above all, to thine own self be true.

preserving honor and dignity is of UTMOST IMPORTANCE. Seeing women fall for what is obviously BS does not speak well to their intelligence or their ability to separate genuineness from crapola.
Still PUA ideas, methods, and thought processes are invaluable tools for a)self-improvement and b) for better understanding the nature of women.
