What do i have to do(without getting into the bar/club scene) to meet and attract women?

Recently i met a girl at work. She’s really attractive to me, personality wise. But she’s one of those outgoing people.. she has a life already. and i’m only meeting her now cause the boss told her to come and help us temp workers. She is a permanent worker for years there.
So that girl really attracts me when i talk to her. She’s awesome but there’s no way for that to turn into anything. It’s just a temp job and it will end soon.
What else can i do? Is it just up to luck in getting friendships?

You might try an online dating service. I know people sneer at those, but what better place to meet people without risking anything. And you know they are all looking for someone. You can meet dozens of eligible women. Of course they can meet many men, but if you set your criteria carefully, I’ll bet you could find someone. You get to read profiles and see photos. For a guy your age, I think it would be a good option.
I have used three recently. Yahoo Personals isn’t bad at all. E-Harmony is slow at first. And Singles.net gives you gobs of women to pick from.
Or you could try church. Some have told me that’s a good place to meet single women because some of them go there just to meet a “decent” man.
