Is this some kind of law of attraction. Its weird and I’m tired of it.

you can try not pursuing a girl with a boyfriend. you can politely decline, that’s certainly an option.
and if all else fails, you can switch teams. lol. jk

Its a thing of thought! Whether it is conscious or unconscious you either have an issue about commitment, or you have some deep rooted deserving issue. You can by thinking thoughts of I am not ready for a relationship or I want friends with benefits, so the law of attraction works to bring you women that cannot commit to you, but can provide you with the sex and physical gratification but no emotional.
The other possibility is somehow somewhere inside your mind you may not feel you are deserving of having a women who is free and totally committed and available to you, and thus you get what you feel and think you deserve.
I speak from experience, there was a while there that I only attracted people in relationships, but there was a reason, I was always going around saying and thinking I am not ready for a relationship I just want the sex. So I constant found myself attracting people that were in relationships, but were looking for a little something on the side.
Solution change your thoughts man, just know that you deserve the best and perfect relationship with a girl who is right for you. And RUN RUN from chicks that have bf’s.
